Useless tool

I used it to clean the tighter areas of my evaporator where my larger tools would not reach. I did go over the entire evaporator also as it seemed to get into the fins a little deeper than my larger tool. The comb tool with the steel rods is durable within reason. You can't be foolish about it. I did a complete evaporator clean and the tool still looks new. Someone would really have to use a lot of force to ruin it and that would be too much for your evaporator also. A light touch is best! The brush thats included is handy too. It has stiff bristles that clean well. For the price it's great! It's on the small side, but you could use just these two tools for your service and be fine, they are very functional. The Xcel double sided coil cleaning brush sold on Amazon is larger and works well with this kit but not entirely necessary.

These tools work great for cleaning my window a/c units. Now the coolness is great and everything is clean.

This one worked really well for my air conditioner. The brushes are nice and sturdy. The comb did bend a little, but it got the job done. Good overall.
