Great for professional catering or family occasions alike. While our company doesn't prepare dinners by profession, we do host birthday parties and special occasions very regularly. I am a stickler when it comes to presentation and love the best of the best regardless of the event. Aesthetically, these are beautifully designed. The gold and stainless steel bounce off each other with grace. I even love the laser etched company logo. Forget the tin foil pans and wire racks...just transfer your grocery store chicken or sides to these and elevate the event. Each unit is a double dish set so for hot items, just add water to avoid burning and for cold items (great for fruit chunks, veggie trays, cold cuts, etc) , add ice to the bottom. It works perfectly. I love that these also include a lid holder with integrated drip pan to keep everything nice and tidy. Set up and clean up is simple. (Just make sure you have some Bon Ami or Power Wash for the stubborn staining and burner heat marks. ) The hardest thing to do is the assembly. Almost nothing arrived assembled except the handles on the suspension ring. This allowed the company to pack everything nice and neat and even keep the protective film on some pieces, preserving the shine. There are dozens of screws and parts to align before it all comes together. I did have to have an extra hand to help align the tripod with the burner holder. Absolutely worth the effort. The set is beautiful and functions well.

I never expected this great quality with such a reasonable price. The four chafing containers are big and roomy. I am able to serve over 40 people and the food stays hot or cold. They are very versatile and can be used for hot items or items that needs to be served chilled.
