This little stainless steel pan is in constant use at my house. from grill to griddle just about whatever I cook ends up in this thing. It does a great job of keeping food hot, as it does storing leftovers in the fridge. Cutting board lid is a plus too

The pan is solid, with comfortable handles. It is perfect for a couple of steaks or 6 good size burgers. The cover is very durable & a great cutting board or prep board

“Now ‘your’ cooking’ smarter”How do “reputable” brands such as Char-Broil allow basic grammatical errors like this get on its packaging?As for the actual pan, it’s nice. A little expensive for all it is, but it fits the grill pan quite nicely. The lip roll at the top of the pan has sharp spots, which is a sign of quick machining. The lid feels like a decently rigid piece of ABS plastic, so it should hold up to reasonable use as a lid and cutting surface (e.g., don’t go overboard with a sharp serrated blade).

We do a lot of day trips and grilling in parks, and I purchased this roasting pan to transport the grilled foods back home. I was (mistakenly) under the impression that the cutting board lid would secure to the pan, but the lid only rests on the pan. I was disappointed because the item seems to be really well made, and looks perfect for my needs….except the lid does not secure for transport. If you are just using to transport from the backyard, or using the pan for the many functions that this pan is actually designed to do…..I looks like a quality product.

I use this grill pan every time I cook on the grill, which is several times per week in the spring, summer and fall. I like that the included cutting board fits on top of the pan and acts as a sort of lid. For me, I use the cutting board when I'm prepping food to go on the grill- whether it's trimming fat from chicken and steaks or cutting veggies. I then place the food items in the pan and season, to avoid making a mess in the kitchen. From there, I transport outside to the grill. After grilling, food goes back into the pan, is covered with the cutting board, and carried inside. Have also used this in combination with the beer can chicken rack, which is handy, as my grill surface doesn't get all gunked up. So far, I like it, and plan on trying to use it with a few more of these complementary items.
