If you have an area to try to protect from animals and snoopy eyes this alarm will get their attention !! .. The siren mode is LOUD .. The alarm has different modes so you can turn off the alarm if you care to .. Blinking red light ... flashing .. etc. .. Solar powered or by USB "C" cable .. 5 star review for me !!

I’m using this to scare the deer away! Once powered and placed in the ground allows any movement or passersby to set off the screeching alarm and red light starts blinking. Ease of installation is as simple as placing on a post/pole/ground and get ready to warn off unwanted guests! Also, announce visitors you welcome! Comes with everything needed to function!

This is a loud alarm and easy to install; just don't point it where Amazon delivers - would hate to scare a driver to death at 5AM. I turned this one so the only recipient can be deer / varmints and have had no garden intruders since.

Compact with 4 modes to customize to your needs . Loud siren that startles and flashing red light. Use both or just flashing all day orcjust at night. Love that it can be charged by cable - waiting for this to charge by sun in a series of cloudy day would not just be annoying but leave what your protecting unguarded. My hope is to use as deterant to coyotes. I ve had some close encounters and had cats dissappear. Mama coyotes can be very focused trying stay close to babies and feed herself and them. One has nearly run into me 2x while so focused on hens and cats she didnt even notice me!! The only downside to these in a situation like mine is that I dont want to startle my cats into running towards the creek !! The always come from the creek! Right now im monitoring how the cats respond to the siren to decide whether it could go sideways for us. They definitely don't like the noise, So they will either stay away from that noise and run away from the creek - Which in the end would be a benefit or totally freak out and just run without thinking - which could definitely be worse ! Time will tell, right now nobodyd out unless Im out or the dogs are out. I know the dogs police the creek and keep wildlife from wandering up here all the time. Fact is most disappearances have happened when the dogs are away for a few days. Its hard not to feel a bitcreeped out by that! Anway I would order this again and will concider covering the entire forest edge on this side of the creek. IThis a a great tool which when used with a camera can really teach you alot about who where and when. Again siren is loud .. so may not be good for neightbor relations;) the siren and flashes last ~30seconds so not too bad. This is definitely worth i try

The 4 modes work as intended. The sound is loud & the light is bright. But depending on the amount of land you're on, the sound modes can be extremely annoying to neighbors & the flashing light could be distracting. THAT SAID, the alarm only lasts for 30 seconds (of no movement), so do with that information what you will! Also, the light is only approximately 2 flashes per second (self measured), so it shouldn't trigger seizures, but be careful anyway!As for effectiveness, I tested many distances and angles & the motion sensor works to its fullest (with no kinks/adjustments needed) up to 31-ish feet (front angle). And from the side (southwest/southeast) angle, it can detect approximately 13 feet away. It is really useful!Overall, I am pleased with the size, ease of use, ease of installation, and product effectiveness. It is easy to charge, whether by sun or through wall socket. The only bad thing about this device is the button. It is soft and easy to push too far into the cavity (happened, but fixed it). And based on my experience with the material, the button will definitely rot over time. Sometimes you wanna switch up the modes, but this material is not designed for repeated pushing. The company should really go back to rework that & they'll have a borderline perfect product! The product itself isn't the "best" material, but serves the purpose I need it for, so I can't complain! And despite the current button issue, I definitely recommend this motion detector alarm if you want your land free of pests/trespassers! Really impressed!Will update if it deteriorates or malfunctions too quickly. Otherwise, looking forward to its daily use!

This little thing has a loud sound and red flashing light which I am hoping will deter the racoon that keeps eating my beautiful fish out of my pond and tearing up my plants in the process. This gadget has a loud sound that should be annoying to unwanted visitors. It is similar to a car alarm of sorts. It has a variety of placement options because it can be solar charged or charged with the USB cord included. It has 4 modes, so you can have it do flash and siren or just flashing during the day or night. Great options if you need it during the night only or if you need to keep animals away or have a warning sound during the day/night. I am impressed with it and can think of various applications since it is motion sensor. It comes with clear instructions, a charging cord and a couple of screws for installation. I need it at a lower level so I will be using a post to attach it to. I am hoping this will help keep my fish and plants safe.
