Item cosmetically appears to be great, however a power supply was not included. The listing wasn't terribly clear as to whether it did or not. Easily rectified by purchasing one separately. Ask the questions that I failed to!

Keep in mind, this stuff is used. Renewed must mean they wiped the dust off. It took me a couple of iterations to finally get one that worked but the company was easy enough to work with. It hasn't failed me since I put it into service.

We have several of these phones in our office and needed one more. This phone - once configured properly - works great with no compatibility issues. Would buy it again!
