I use this to roll out small amounts of dough (up to 8 inches) on toaster-oven size pizza pans (9, 10, 11"). I did not think I needed the tapered angles but they make for a prefect roll. This is great setup because the dough never has to touch any kitchen surfaces and this pin can easily be rinsed under the tap for each use. Nothing "sticks" to the pin either, and there are no jagged edges. It sucks up the olive oil in the dough and it rinses clean with water. Perfection.

Got this to use instaed of pulling out the full size one. It eorks great. Use it for Sausge gravy bombs!!

I could not believe it when I opened the package…. It was so small maybe 1 inch diameter and 10 inches long…( I am estimating). It literally looked like a child’s toy! Needless to say I returned the rolling pin.

The one that I received had a very rough surface, so that when I use it with dough, the dough stick to the pin very badly.

Yes, a fancy rolling pin works well....but think about moving parts that get dirty or also taking up a lot of space in your drawer. This simple piece of wood with tapered ends works just as well as a fancy roller and there is nothing to break or get worn out....its a solid piece of wood! Cleaning is easy with water and maybe a little bit of soap if needed. I do recommend getting it damp when you first get your roller and letting the wood fibers stand up (rehydrate from water) then let it dry and use 220 grit or higher sandpaper to get it smooth as silk.

This is a nice little rolling pin. It was smaller than I expected when I got it but it's nice. It'll be good for rolling out dough when I make individual pizzas. It'll also be good for rolling out biscuits or anything on the smaller side.

Perfect for rolling dumplings and bao buns!! I have a larger roller but it’s way too big for delicate stuff, so this roller works perfect.

I can’t for the life of me see what this so-called rolling pin could be useful for. It is too small, hard to hold, and narrow. There may be a speciality baking need it fits, but I can’t imagine what it is. Even at this price it seems useless.

I needed a small yet sturdy rolling pin for baking so I bought this quickly when I came across it! It’s a beautiful wood rolling pin with a natural shape and easy to use! I initially bought it to make homemade tortillas but it was just too small for it but it’s perfect for rolling out mini pie shells!

I used it to roll out tortillas and to muddle ginger for a drink so it’s a really good size for either use. Good price, on the smaller size, would be perfect for making dumpling wrappers.
