This drawer was so easy to put together after going through, verifying I had all the pieces needed, then when and grabbed both a phillip's and flathead screw driver. In all from start to finish, it took my 25 minutes to assemble and install.It fits nicely, it’s starting to my closet look great, adds tons of functionality to my closet system, it’s pretty sturdy, and I believe it’s a great value for my for my sanity when organizing a tiny closet.I will definitely be getting another drawer this size and 3 of the larger 25” wide drawers to have a total of 5 drawers. These are definitely needed after moving a townhouse with a massive walk-in closet and vanity, to a single tiny, what I would use in a guest room, as a standard closet.

I bought a total of 6 drawers. All arrived broken. The material the drawers are made of is terrible. Weak, broken and crumbling.

I had to go out and buy the drawer guides as the ones that were in the product were not soft close. Didn't notice that when making the purchase.

Cheap and not easy to assemble

I ordered this assuming that it would go with the closet base I also purchased from Closet Maid. However, it is too wide for the base piece. When I tried to return I was told by Closet Mad that I have to disassemble it and put it in the original packaging (which I do not have)... So, how can i return this? I have to pay $10 to UPS for a box to return a $50 item. Seriously? That is poor service IMHO. I won't order from Closet Maid again. The returns are too difficult.

Both the 5" drawers came with a defect. It doesn't slide in because one of the slider is wrong part. Even after buying a good slider from Home depot, it is going in very tight.On the other hand the 10" drawers are okay.
