  • Suitable for Nema17 Nema23 two-phase/four-phase/four-wire/six-wire stepper motors which currently within 4.2A.
  • The level of the input pulse is 5V, if it is a 12V level pulse, a 1K resistor is required, if it is a 24V level pulse, a 2.4K resistor is required.
  • The motor runs when the CLK has pulses, and automatically enters the set half-current state when there is no pulse, and the motor is locked.
  • The motor rotates forward when CW is high or suspended, and reverses when it is low.
  • When EN is onhigh or floating, it is working state, when it is on low, it is offline.

Wirings between driver & mach3 board (for example X-axis):

Driver's "CLK-" connects to control card's XP pin

Driver's "CW-" connects to control card's XD pin

Driver's "5V" connects to control card's 5V pin

Note:

The power supply cannot be connected reversely, otherwise the chip will be burnt out.

The set current should not exceed the rated current of the motor.

Please strictly follow the instructions and warnings before using this product:

  • It is recommended that the limit switch and emergency stop switch must be installed first and can be used normally.
  • The output singal of theelectronic handwheel must be 5V, more than 5V output will damage the hand wheel interface.
  • This interface can output 0-10V analog signals.
  • USB interface is applicable to any netbook, notebook, desktop, tablet and other PC compatible computers with USB interface.
  • This control board does not require any drivers to be installed,as long as Mach3 can run, the control card can be used;

I bought this package to replace the steppers, drivers, and breakout board on a Syil Super X3 CNC machine as they no longer support or have any information or parts for this unit.HOWEVER, the wiring diagram is different from the actual parts in this kit due to the actual wiring points are not labeled the same as the diagram. You need to supply better instructions.I have since returned this kit in hopes of finding the correct one for my purposes. Everything looked good, I just could not get it to operate. Possibly I needed to use a parallel port type connection.

Works great so far. Motors running smooth. I'm using LinuxCNC. No instruction included for LinuxCNC setup but it's pretty straight forward if you have any experience with LinuxCNC and stepper controllers. If you need a hand and I have spare time I can try to help you with the linux setup.

I received this order on (01/08/2020): For the first two elements of my order, You must sent to my Email a Email with Software, technical info about stepper motors (Speed -Torque characteristics Graphics, features),for 5 Axis breakout board V5 type, how to connect to Steeper motor Driver, how to connect to Spindle motor, installation manual for DC power supply, etc., but until today I did not received it.Would you pls send me such information as soon as possible to my Email, and I need this information URGENT.

All product received. Good condition, well packaged, and good quality.Unfortunately the only instructions it came with, were rough instructions on how to connect motor to Microstep Driver... nothing else after that. Nothing on how to connect to the breakout board, or how to connect all to the PS.While i'm sure this is "given" information for a certain level of hobbyist, we're not all at that level.In fact, connecting the motor to the microstep driver was the easiest part, the part i didn't need instructions for.Please send instruction manual and drivers for your breakout board as soon as possible and i will change to 5 stars. -Thanks!
