Received my package yesterday, opened it today morning and the moment I poured my coffee, the cup broke into pieces leaving a mess for me to clean. Regret buying it. What a waste of my money! Amazon should vet sellers before onboarding them. Its a scam for 35 dollars!

First, the heating base looks quite nice. It's compact and easy to clean. However, the power is not quite enough to keep the coffee in the cup hot. If you heat them in a microwave oven to make the cup and coffee hot to start with, then the warmer keeps them reasonably warm.The cup also looks very nice. It has a heavy ceramic cover to keep it warm. It is rather heavy and the bottom centre is lowered to bring it closer to the heating pad to make the cut hot. However, because it is thick and heavy, the coffee you put in it gets cold. So, you have to heat it up, except you cannot put the cup in a microwave oven because it has a gold trim causing it to spark. So you have to put the coffee in a separate cup to heat it, which is not convenient. Also, the lid does not have an opening, so you have to take it off every time you drink. What makes it worse is that the condensation on the lid drips, making the desktop wet.So, do I recommend this product? If you are used to this type of cup warmer and find a way to make the coffee hot enough initially, this may still work. However, if you like a really hot beverage without fussing, this might not be your product.

Beautiful mug with matching ceramic lid. Warmer does just what it states. Keeps coffee nice and warm and will actually stay hot on the high setting with the lid on. Love it!

So I bought this to bring to work. I work at the front desk and sometimes before I can get a second to sip my coffee it's cold but with my new cup n warmer I was surprised by how nice n hot it stayed. I love my new cup n warmer. My coworkers are very envious.

After considering getting a mug warmer for months, I finally decided to pull the trigger. This one is awesome! It keeps it hot without burning. I tested it with a tea bag in room temperature water. It wasn't long before it was the perfect temperature. The weighted auto on/off and simple touch methods work great. The mug that comes with it is cute too. Game changer!
