This pour over coffee set is easy to use following tutorials even meant for more mainstream brand versions, and it comes with pretty much everything you need except for the coffee beans. It is worth noting that this is not like most other pour over sets, which could be a good or bad thing depending on how you want to use it. Most other sets I have seen are just one glass piece that holds the filter and collects the coffee. This set is two independent glass pieces, one for holding the filter and another with varying functions, and a metal holding stand. The second glass piece is shaped like a pitcher and can be used as the coffee collector, or you can just put a mug as the collector and use this glass to pour the hot water like a kettle. I don’t have a kettle for pouring the hot water over the coffee grounds, so I appreciated that this set came with a pitcher. I also feel like this pitcher gives you very good control over pouring the water, which is definitely helpful with pour-over. If you do have a kettle already, you will probably just use the glass pitcher as the coffee collector, but then it would be more convenient if the pour-over set was just one piece and didn’t require you to also store a metal stand. So I think this set is great if you don’t have a kettle, and while it still works if you are using a kettle with it, another design might be more convenient. It is slightly easier to clean the two separate glass pieces than a traditional pour-over glass, so that is a factor too. Also worth noting is that the set, although kind of wide with the stand, fit on my kitchen scale, which is important since weighing things is almost essential for pour-over.

The coffee drip works fine, but there is a couple of not so good findings.1. Glass is very thin, especially top drip/filter holder. Feels like it'll break anytime.2. The copper coil, is not position right. Not sure it's due to shipping, but when I mount the top dripper, it line up all the way to the left. Coffee drips fine, but looks crooked from front - I was not able to bend it back to center for it was very tough to bend, and I didn't want to apply too much force for it may break.It's nice that they included the filters. I have my own metal filter, and it fits fine.I recommend since it works fine.

I LOVE the way this looks. It's such a cool little coffee pot. My only gripes with it are the size, wish it were just a bit bigger so it'd hold 2 16oz mugs worth. Got em about 3/4 filled. The other complaint has gotta be user error, the first time I used it the coffee just flew through it and came out rather weak, the second time it took FOREVER and never finished dripping. As a first timer it'd be cool if they added instruction/brewing tips! Super easy to clean, nice and lightweight, I really am in love with this thing, just need to get my method right haha

The Portable and Stylish V60 Style Drip Coffee glass is “THIN GLASS”, it is not made of a thicker glass nor like ceramic style which would be stronger in my opinion. Although aesthetically the glass dripper design looks appealing it doesn’t look nor feel sturdy, it was a little challenging to use. In my opinion this products cost doesn’t meet the design, functionalities, the cost doesn’t justify the means, especially with the risk of the longevity of this product. This includes the metal stand and the Heat Resistant Glass Coffee Server Pot.I personally am not please with the wire holder metal stand, the metal stand wobbles a bit and the dripper coffee glass moves loosely on top, it’s not as secure as I would like it. The Heat Resistant Glass Coffee Server Pot doesn’t quite aligns underneath the metal stand and the V60 style dripper coffee thin glass perfectly. Although by hand maneuvering gently the heat resistant glass coffee server pot underneath the metal stand, I did get to brew four cups of coffee in the small glass coffee server pot. You have to readjust the coffee pot so that the coffee doesn’t spill out. I personally don’t believe this “Shoxil” product will last long, it will be a surprise to me if it does. If this product does last and meets my expectations I will gladly update this review at a later time.I am a coffee and tea lover and I definitely enjoy an excellent cup of coffee and tea. I have tried so many different coffee machines, coffee pots, tea pots, and especially the pour over coffee servers pot and dripper in variety styles and brands. Plastic is one of my very least and last resort, which I do own and have tried especially when traveling.There are many others I have not tried as well. I still have all these reviews to write of coffee pots products I ordered, which I will catch up to them eventually just so that others will be informed with all I myself have discoverd during my searching for an excellent coffee machine that will give me the best results. I have a very long list and supplies stored away. At any one time, I alternate and try them over, but have discovered since then, I do have my favorites pour over coffee server pots. I have come to have my favorites coffee makers, learned what works, what will last, what designs are better and which ones are not.I have some ideas of what designs will be great as a drip assist for pour over coffee instead of plastic. I have searched and as of yet no one has come up with one. I actually am considering making one myself, either of metal or ceramic, in my opinion it really is a time consumer saver instead of standing there pouring the water and waiting. I use a plastic one for over a year since I purchased this product and I am not happy with what I discovered nor the results. I washed this product throughly and yet there are plastic stains on the drip assist plastic container. This is one of the reviews I have to write as well.This is my experiences and opinions and I don’t mind sharing them if it will help others in their shopping experiences. Tempered glass carafe/pitcher is great for pouring - doesn’t drip or dribble down the side of the pitcher. The lid fits well. The top bit - the glass that holds the filter- it can swivel or move about if you’re not careful . You have to make sure it’s positioned above the carafe. It would be better if it was made so that the top bit stayed in place a little better, but that’s just me being nit picky. Most folks will automatically check to make sure the filtering coffee is going to pour into the carafe and not onto the countertop.Comes with filters so as long as you have coffee at your place you can use this right out of the box. Looks really striking! I love that you can use this with no electricity. As long as you have access to hot (hot!) water, you can make coffee with this. Easy to use. Make coffee as strong or as weak as you like.Would make a lovely gift for the coffee lover in your life. Pair it with gourmet coffee or a cute mug and you’re in business!
