I make custom leather holsters. I had a custom ask for ten holsters. This training pistol was a great stand in for the real thing. I was able to form the leather around it making for a great fit for the real thing.

Perfect for training martial arts/self-defense which is why I bought it. At my MMA gym we sometimes do drills with weapons and this is perfect for that. It is a lot of fun to use and seems extremely durable. Would recommend this to anyone looking to simulate disarms or defense against a revolver. For that matter it's also great if you want to work on draws without an actual firearm. It fits any holster that the firearm would fit since it's an exact replica. Have fun!

I was just a tiny bit disappointed that the barrel doesn't open, but I do love the size and feel of this replica. It does seem very similar to the actual Ruger LCR. Great toy and also good to get ready for certification.

For its intended use, this dummy revolver is outstanding. In quality and value. Consider that some "blue" guns cost two to three times as much as this green gun. I own this one and their Beretta as well. Both are used for training. Grip training. Holster draw training. Safety training. Why spend much, much more?

Si lo que vas a hacer es entrenar cualquier cosa con este revolver, vale la pena. Si buscas una replica a detalle de el Ruger LCR, este no esta mal pero entiende que no esta hecho para verse bien sino que esta hecho para entrenamientos.Para los que entrenan. Este revolver es bastante bueno, muy duradero pero al mismo tiempo lo suficientemente suave por si te meten un golpe con el no te abran la piel. Es un poco pequeño para mi mano, pero es una copia a tamaño real así que... pues es lo que hay. Si tu entrenamiento es muy exigente tal vez tengas que reemplazarlo eventualmente por si se rompe, pero diría que es improbable a no ser que te esfuerces en romperlo.

Buying this for a relative that wants basic skills with holding or even attempting to disarm an armed intruder, the training gun was very impressive because though it's plastic...the features of the gun are clearly marked and feels realistic when held.The pictures show details and quality, that some other plastic or training guns on Amazon lack. The training gun served it's purpose and is helping to educate people on gun awareness. Weight is also light, but slightly heavy to simulate a small firearm. Amount for the training gun is worth it considering the uses for it.

As an Instructor, it's always best to demonstrate using a 'Blue' gun. I have many different 'Blue' guns and these work just as good as anything. Let's be honest, how good is good when it comes to a demonstration firearm? I don't need to spend $50 for something I can get for less that $10. This is obviously molded from a 'real' firearm. People here comment about the weight and feel of these. I don't get it. If used in a holster or for demonstrating, these work great. If the color bothers you, paint it.

It’s a nice thing feels very real and comfortable, but the barrel does not come out which in the image it looked like it does but it’s still amazing so I give it 4 stars
