This hot tub arrived on time and was able to get it hooked up and hot tubbing in the same day. The cover was damaged in transit but I got ahold of comfort tubs and they sent me a new one without any issues. The tub is amazing, the jets are strong and the temperature doesn’t drop when it’s extremely cold outside. My girls and I love it!

As with any high cost purchase, I was hesitant to buy a $7000 hot tub online. So far it is exceeding our expectations in always. The shipment was ridiculously fast, the service has been great, and the crate that it arrived in, was extremely well protected. The Shell and lining feel very high-end, and the extra features or something that you wouldn’t expect on a sub $10,000 hot tub. Highly highly recommend.

We just set this up yesterday—so going by initial thoughts. Nice looking tub, set up was relatively straight forward. We opened the access panel ahead of our electrician arriving, and noticed a couple of the small water hose clamps were loosened during the shipping process. Took care of that and everything else was good. We filled the tub, checked for leaks and found none. My only real negative was related to shipping—took an extra week after our tub arrived locally to get it to us, and of course the hot tub cover isn’t as robust as we’d like. It would have been a nice option to up charge a heavier duty cover, as the thin roll up style one doesn’t feel as sturdy as a regular cover. We will definitely be swapping that out right off the bat as we live in the northeast—but we were well aware that this came with the roll up cover so it’s totally fine.UPDATE: We reached out to Comfort Hot Tubs and they did offer an option to get the two-flip cover. We are VERY happy with the hot tub and the response from the company with a few questions we’ve had. Highly recommend!!!

So, I like the construction well enough, and am mostly happy with the components, but I wish they had included a GS instead of VS spa pack. For less than $100 more, the GS spa pack supports WIFI app features that would be handy. The Balboa spa pack has the heater built in, so replacing it is not worth the added cost. Point to note, NOT WIFI ready. The disappointment is the spa lounger seat is way way too small and your knees have to bend at least 90 degrees for you to use it. It's the least comfortable seat. I kind of like the roll up cover as it's easier to deal with than the big folding covers, but time will tell when it gets waterlogged as to what I will replace it with. No leaks, good programming in controller, silent idle operation, and decent pressure from the 2 jet pumps. It's a decent starter tub, for which I am a starter buyer, the quality is honestly better than I expected, and online buying experience was easy enough.

This hot tub is great for the price! We paid half of what we would have for a bullfrog hot tub, and it still looks great and works well. We have had it over a month and are very happy!The delivery driver was great and helped get it behind our back fence and since it was delivered upright on the pallet we were able to pull it on OSB using a pallet jack and lower it down with 4 people onto the concrete pad.The bad news is the manual is not great but enough to operate most things, however I will say they are VERY responsive to emails and can often reply within a few hours for any questions.Overall it does a great job heating and the jets are powerful- hopefully it holds up, but definitely great so far!
