I used these to drill through glass, and it works, if you are careful. For concrete I normally use a hammer drill, but these shouldn't give you any problem.The only reason I deducted a star is that they don't have a perfect edge as some others I have used. The shouldn't be an issue for concrete, but it might be a problem for other materials. There were dings on the edges.
