This is a “one size fits some” sort of vest. It measures 24” from the top to the bottom. It measures 19” across in the middle. There are two buckles on each side, so there is some adjustment possible. Plastic zipper down the front. There are Velcro strops on the shoulders.There are four pockets for ice packs on the inside back. There are two pockets for ice packs in the inside front. Twenty y ice packs are included. You can freeze just some of them . . . or all of them. As there are more ice packs than pockets. . You can exchange them out once they are no longer frozen, which is nice.This cooling vest is Made in China and being sold by a Chinese company on Amazon.
