There are lots of ways you can set this up, as shown in the helpful video. However, at the end of the day, it's just a fancy inflatable travel pillow. I don't think the "bumps" are worth $100 over a regular travel pillow, and the pump was so slow I just blew it up by mouth. I didn't find any of the positions particularly comfortable or different from each other; the pillow is quite big and using less air just makes it flatter, not smaller.I did, however, try this as a knee pillow and it works fairly well, so that's probably going to be my main travel use. I've started using a knee pillow to improve my posture when I sleep but it's not something I'd pack because it's bulky.

Great quality and comfortable. Multi functional. I use mine for traveling, camping and at home on the couch. Very easy to inflate and deflate as desired.

We travel on long flights. I have tried other neck pillows before. This one is very soft and yet it gives good support. I also love how small it folds down to. Somehow though it feels too big for me and I have a hard time finding the perfect position. Still a lot better than no neck pillow and better than most I’ve tried.

While the adjustable feature and the fact that it is easily inflatable makes this a desirable neck pillow, I found it a bit hard to find a sweet spot for me personally. It however still provided really good support for the neck just wasn't the most comfortable thing.Even when deflated, it can still be a bit bulky making it not that much easier to carry around than a memory foam neck pillow.I think that there will be people that will really enjoy using this pillow and find it extremely comfortable but unfortunately it just isn't for me.

I do want to remark on the price first. In my opinion, it's a lot at the current cost of CAD $143.80. I will say though, that this pillow has had a lot of usage, and is still going strong. It's unlike any travel pillow I've ever owned. So this 5 star review is based on quality and comfort, not price. Here are the pros:1. You know how it can be so annoying to repack a pillow after it has been removed from its storage bag? Not with this pillow. It takes very little effort to fold it up and put it back in the bag it came in.2. It's so quick and easy to inflate and deflate this pillow. It takes very little time.3. Whoever designed this did a great job of making it easy to inflate and adjust at the same time as you're wearing it. You can make it as firm or soft as you want without difficulty.4. It's comfortable! It's just the right kind of spongy/cushioned. Whatever position I find myself in (like traveling upright in a seat), it doesn't put a kink in my neck! I use this for long drives and travel where I'm not sleeping the entire time. Like a 6 hour drive, but I only take a nap for an hour.5. The fabric is so comfortable and feels good against my skin.6. This doesn't just have to be for napping! If you have an injury that has caused a sore neck, or you're just tired and sore from athletics, I think this is ideal for easing tension by giving that upper part of your body a chance to relax. Just sit back and rest your head against the pillow for a while. My nephew plays basketball and travels to a lot of tournaments. He keeps borrowing my pillow, so I'll have to get him one. However, to be honest, I'm weighing spending that much money on another pillow. We may have to share this one. Whether you choose to get one for yourself or gift this, it is a pillow worth owning. It gets 5 stars for exceptional quality.

I ordered this for my trip to Barcelona and I highly recommend it. It is easy to pump up and deflate, comfortable in lots of positions and convenient to carry.

I got my travel neck pillow for binge watching tv programs, and also for travel. I have had others that are flimsy. This one really works. At first, I couldn't figure out how to inflate the pillow. I reread the instructions, and I looked at the product video available at COOP and YouTube. Now I get it.As you can see, it inflates well, is firm, and offers a number of positions for support. It can be deflated, and packing in its own storage pouch.I highly recommend this product.

Takes a little getting used to. Seems to be well made. I like the shape and that you can make it as soft or firm as desired.

Oh my god this travel pillow is better than any I've ever used. I had trouble imagining it would be THAT much better, but it just might be. The memory foam? The self-inflating adjustability? The ergonomic design? All amazing! I cannot wait to use this on a long flight!I previously had a standard memory foam neck pillow, that I thought was pretty good, but in hindsight it was like wearing a C-collar. It was so big and thick, it didn't offer many options for getting comfortable. Whereas this Coop brand neck pillow is super adjustable. Some things I love so far...- soft and cool to the touch cover- Cushy soft memory foam and fiber fill, not dense thick sturdy foam. Much comfier.- You can flip it around and position it in more than one way (six actually!) to get max support in any sleeping position.- Can be folded up and easily fit back into its carrying case, so it takes up less space than other foam neck pillows- It's easy to pump it up quickly and can do so while wearing it- No uncomfortable edges, sharp corners, scratchy labels.- I appreciate the promises of being free of harmful chemicals and rigorous testing.Cons:- The price. $120 is not a reasonable price for a travel pillow for most consumers. If you travel a lot, for long hauls, maybe it's worthwhile. If you have a long trip coming up and can't afford the business class upgrade, maybe $120 is worth that extra bit of comfort in economy class. I don't know if most people could justify that though.

I didn't know what to expect from a pillow of this price and at first I was a bit skeptical that it would be any different than the other but boy was I wrong. The pillow takes very little space when it's deflated so it is very easy to pack and bring with you on a plane. I have never been able to properly sleep on a flight without getting a sore neck, specially during long flights. This pillow was easy to inflate and never lost pressure, and it also has a built in pump in case you need to inflate it a bit more. It can be placed in multiple positions do give you support. I was able to sleep almost the entirety of a 5 hour flight and I was impressed that this pillow kept me comfortable. It's also very comfortable in a sense that the material is quite soft. All this happened flying in economy class. This pillow is a must if you are a constant traveler with long flights.
