My husband recently had hernia surgery and afterwards, his neck was extremely sore due to the positioning of his body during the surgery. We have a regular heating pad, but this device with heat and vibration has helped him tremendously. The vibration is not all over and follows an unpredictable pattern. The fact that he can sit in his recliner and use this without holding it in place is a big feature for him.

I have used this pillow several times and I love the soft neckline design of this device. This is an adjustable design that doesn't strangle my neck and the heat feels good, not too hot. The vibrating massage effect doesn't go very deep, and I find this to be a very comfortable alternative to my neck pillow on airplanes. I even use it at home when I lean back on the couch and it has become a daily relaxation essential for me.
