I recently purchased the TROOZY cordless chainsaw set, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The chainsaw itself is powerful, lightweight, and incredibly easy to use — perfect for trimming trees and tackling small cutting jobs around my property. The package comes with everything you need, including two high-capacity batteries, a charger, extra chains, and a sturdy carrying case.What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. I had an issue with the saw outside my warranty period. They responded almost immediately with means to access the issue and provide a replacement unit. They even followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly. Sending this back! The comments on here are about the item without the extender. There is no battery sold with this item nor is it a “bought with” to tell you what battery to buy. What good is this item without the battery? Makes zero sense to sell without the battery…

I have a yard full of trees and needed a tool for all the branches. This tool works excellent for my needs. I recommend the unit with two batteries and spare chains. The picture above references the battery pack. You must press the button on the battery in order to see the remaining power level of the battery. The user manual didn’t explain that. However, this company has an excellent customer service and support. They were extremely helpful in answering any questions that one might have. It is very important to read all of the user manual for a safe operation of this tool. As all chainsaws, it is very important to lubricate the chain and bar. Lubricant is not included, however they do provide a small container that one can fill for lubricating the chain. Excellent product!

50 bucks for mini chainsaw, spare chain, 2 batteries. Blown away. Have couple of acres, really amazed how well it works. No auto oiling, so I use a small travel container for Bar Oil. Has to be readjusted every 5 or 10 minutes, but only takes 10 seconds. Used to cut about 100 3-6" limbs, still buttery smooth with clean cuts. 100s more smaller cuts. Just batteries for most devices cost more than this entire kit. Very happy. This has kept my Stilh in the shop the last 2 jobs.

This is my first purchase of a mini chainsaw and I saw this brand, Troozy, being used by a YouTuber I follow. I just had to get it! I'm usually hesitant of cordless power tools thinking they don't have the true power needed to live up to their corded ancestors. I have been very pleased so far. I've used it to cut palm fronds which can be quite fibrous and challenging and it does remarkably well. My neighbor saw me and was curious so I let him try it out too. He loved it after he trimmed away a few oak branches. Battery life is excellent too and the LED status light tells you how much charge you have remaining. Love that the kit comes with a nice case and everything you need to get started including an extra chain and a total of two 21v batteries. It would have been nice to have a little can of bar oil included. The gloves are rather flimsy so I am using leather gloves instead to have a bit more safety in using it. All said I am enjoying using it!
