For the price, I really feel like this is a great purchase. It is definitely not a Dyson, but it is a solid vacuum cleaner and works really well. Again, not a Dyson, but a solid vacuum cleaner nonetheless.

I got this vacuum for everyday messes, mostly crumbs as my kids are 4, 3, and 1 and they make a lot of mess every day. I have a quantum vac that I love but it's not fast to use, so I wanted to get something to use fast fast in between vacuuming with the quantum vac.This vacuum feels flimsy, it is light weight but it feels like it could break.It does not have powerful suction and actually it seems to push crumbs around as much as pick them up. It has a roller brush but it might as well not have one.I charged it for 4.5 hours per the directions before the first time I used it, and it died after 5 minutes. This didn't give me a lot of faith in the product as it is supposed to last at least a half hour on a charge. However, I charged it again and now the battery life seems to hold as it should.It is quiet, much quieter than the quantum vac which scares my little girl. But right now I'm trying to decide if I should keep it and deal with it for the time being, or return it to get my money back and invest in a $100 or $120 range vacuum. I guess I'm in denial about inflation, back in the day $80 would get you a pretty decent vacuum, but I guess not anymore. This really feels like a $30 vacuum. It almost feels, and works, like a toy. Unfortunately, very disappointed.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Ljuren Cordless Rechargeable Vacuum Cleaners. The product's battery life was terrible, lasted only a week after purchase.I contacted Amazon customer service regarding this issue and was informed that the manufacturer would be reaching out to me. However, I have yet to receive any communication from them.I am extremely disappointed with both the product's performance and the lack of customer support. I request a prompt resolution to this issue, such as a full refund or a replacement unit.
