It seems all these types of battery powered cork screws are slow and this one is no exception. It gets the cork out, but it takes its sweet time. All the "gadgets" that come with it are pretty much useless.

I purchased the Cork and Vine Wine Bottle Opener in August 2023. By the end of December 2023, (not even 6 months later) it stopped working - it would wind upward but not downward (and yes, we made sure it was fully charged). Before that, it worked great and the accessories that come with it were excellent - some of the best wine re-corkers we've ever used and we use the aerator with practically every red wine we open!I couldn't figure out how to contact the Seller directly (the Amazon assistant intervened and gave me a dead-end). Make sure to keep the User Manual! The 1-year warranty info is in there along with the email address to contact the company that produces the product. I also left a frustrated review about this product in the process.The company that makes the product - ChargeWorx - hadn't gotten back to me when the Seller contacted me through Amazon a few days later. They were super nice (even though my original review wasn't nice at all) and said they would like to help facilitate my communication with ChargeWorx regarding the warranty. I was very appreciative since the company still hadn't responded to my email.I'm still in limbo with the issue and connecting with the company, but the Seller has been supportive and encouraged me to reach out to them if I have further questions or issues. Based on my interaction with the Seller, I wanted to update my review.Fingers crossed! After I further figure out this warranty thing, I'll update this review in case any other customers have a similar issue.

Purchased a Rabbit from Williams & Sonoma at more than twice the price which was terrible. Found this item on Amazon and it works great. Simple to use, battery holds up well, accessories that came with it all work well as intended.
