Great for those who doesn't want to pay for laundry or need a washing machine while on a budget. Although, I wish I bought an automatic washing machine instead because; you need to do a bit of labor but it does the job.Pros:• The washer can fit up to a twin size fleece blanket• The dryer mostly dry the clothes well• You can choose the amount and temperature of the waterCons:• The dryer is smaller than the washer (It may take longer to finish the laundry and you can't dry larger item)• The clothes get tangled after a wash cycle (Its more of an inconvenience but, I recommend using a mesh laundry bag or washing your delicate clothes by it self to prevent any damage)• Can't wash clothes in hot water nor wash clothes with sharp accessories (The machine is plastic)• Difficult to carry around if you're weak• The dryer is somewhat loud

The product itself is ok in what it does and it lasted almost a year washing many loads so I guess on that front I got my moneys worth on the washes. As you can see from the pic I paid for a 2yr protection plan, hit up asurian and that’s the message I get. “Use the manufacturers warranty” well should have said that when you kept putting that protection plan in my face only to deflect me to the ppl I should have went through in the first place. Then cost way is no better, website says 24/7 customer service and offers you a number. You call said number then proceeds to say all offices closed only open Mon-fri such and such time. Ok so I used chat service only to sit on hold for 20 min and a message shown on top saying “usually responds in Under 40 min” 40 min!? All in all buy this and use it for what it’s for and save up for more a more stable washer like black and decker or something and if your not a handy man/woman prepare for headache contacting these ppl and if you paid for the protection plan like I did you just wasted 22 bucks.

Washer/driers are now expensive and I prefer to do small loads often than large loads, this works well. It is easy to use. It does a good job washing and drying. Of course, one never knows how long it will last. But considering that even with a $1,500 set up, people run into durability issues, I think this makes more sense. It does not take a lot of room so it is perfect for an apartment. No set up, which is a plus as well. I recommend getting a plastic tray, rbbermaid or other for possible water spill, especially in an apartment. The draining is easy if next to a tub or sink. As others have commented, the filling in does not work with several sink spouts etc. I just fill it in with a bucket. It does not take long. I recommend a rinse cycle before spinning in the dryer. Even though there is no heat involving the dryer that spins really fast is more effective that the spinning cycle in a regular washing machine. As others commented, the wash needs to be broken into at least 2 passes in dryer because it is smaller. Don't run both at the same time. Also, include the dryer cover (supplied) or it will knock about. Great little machine.

Purchased in October of 2023. The first few weeks were great. I was ready to post a fantastic review about it. Now here we are in December 2024 and the washing machine has completely died. A few weeks after purchasing, it started making a lot more noise than before. The motor sounded like it was struggling, but my clothing was washing just fine. I’d occasionally open the back to see if something was loose or whatever, but nothing seemed wrong. The last two weeks I’ve had it, leading up until today, it was making awful noises. The motor sounded like it was grinding/falling apart. Again, took the back off to inspect, even while running, and I couldn’t find anything wrong. Must be inside of the motor? The clothing stopped spinning entirely. But the pump and the spinner still worked just fine. I wiggled it around a bit and got it to work again. Went downstairs to finish cleaning and I could smell this god awful burning smell. I can’t describe it. Melting plastic smell? The motor was making noise but the laundry wasn’t spinning. I was practically gagging from the smell so I had to rush it down the stairs and out the door. Thankfully, the garbage men picked it up without any issues. Because it’s been a little over a year, I don’t qualify for any reimbursement, discounts, repairs, or whatever. The first machine I had (Gigantex) lasted me nearly three years - I will be returning to that brand, and likely the same load capacity. The reason I bought this one in the first place was because it could handle slightly larger loads.

Not a lot of use but first impressions of si gle parent with three kids:Positives- It can take as much clothes in the washer side as my old whirlpool front load washer.- It soaks the clothes as it washes, not much movement but ironically got stains out of kids clothes- It drains extremely well!- you have to be more involved with the washing cycle asnit is not turn on and go but in 10 mind of wash and another 10 to spin out, I finished my laundry quicker- The spin dryer almost drys the clothes completely. Very efficient.- very energy efficient compared to bigger machines.- It's portable, I'm thinking about putting in my master bathroom just to do small loads one at a time. Will provably take it camping!Negatives- you can't just turn on and and wash and spin, you have to be involved in the process.- you can't spin out a full washer load at once- big comforter washes fine, but no way to spin, have to squeeze water out and drain at the same time. More effort but the drain is so effective it works.

Washer works just as good as the day I purchased it!! Just as good as a full size washer, lightweight, not too noisy and it spins clothes almost dry! I can wash about 4 pair of jeans at a time! Rhe clothes always come out clean and on time! Much more speedy than I thought it would be. Very impressive!!

I was happy to get this machine and went to use it for the first time and the filter box insert plate within one minute of turning on the machine started floating in with my clothes. We talked to the company and were told to do certain steps and did those reinstalling the plate. Then went to go try it again and do a extremely light load and it came out in the wash again. I contacted both amazon and the company and was asked if I could send it somewhere to get fixed. I don’t drive so that wasn't an option. To send it back my post office said it would be 80.00. I refused to pay that since the plate came apart on the first load. I reached out again through Amazon and was offered a $150. Credit, a return or exchange. It’s a good little machine so im exchanging it. Will update when I get the new machine.Edit- the company sent out another machine for it to do the exact same thing. Not worth getting. Pass on this one and get a better one that works properly. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This unit has a drain pump, so it can be used in the kitchen, and the water will drain up into the sink. They do not recommend using it in the bathtub because of the slant. I bought a rubber dog bathing hose to extend from the kitchen tap into the washing basin (the included attachment hose is completely useless). And lastly, I bought a pack of 4 small hard rubber coasters that go under the feet of the machine, to absorb vibration and sound. Tiny amount of liquid detergent and baking soda, and ready to wash.Rule #1 ... do NOT overload. You cannot use it to wash bed blankets. Sheets yes, blankets, no, very small personal cozy blankets, yes. Less clothing is better. You don't want to stress the mechanism. Do NOT try to wash, drain or spin dry at the same time ... you will damage the unit. All 3 modes use just one central motor, so it's meant to wash only, then drain only, then spin dry only. Never at the same time.Rule #2 ... spin dry very few garments at one time. One load of laundry will probably take 3-4 spin dries (spin jeans separately, 2 shirts separately, socks and underwear together). But it really does take out 95% of the water. You can hang dry the washed items, and they're dry in a few hours (I also bought a clothing tree and hangers to hang dry).Rule #3 ... keep track of your drain hose. Always make sure it's in the sink, hooked over a bucket or something, because if you forget to remove it from the side of the machine, you're going to have water everywhere. I would NOT recommend leaving the machine unattended when washing or draining for this reason. If you factor in everything above, this device is amazing for an apartment. It washes really well, and spin dries enough so you can hang dry. If you are hang-drying, 1/2 cup of baking soda in the wash helps soften the wash, as well as removing stains (tip).I feel like I've gone back in time when my mother used to use an old washer and roller. And I love it. I do more frequent small loads of laundry, never have to go down to a shared laundry room, and don't have to pay for each wash and dry in a crowded laundry room. After a short period of time this machine will pay for itself.

I love this portable washer. It is easy to use and cleans the clothes. I have had this for a year now and it still runs very well. The spin dryer does a great job of getting the water out of the clothes. You have to be careful and not over stuff the dryer it will cause it to go off balance its an easy fix, you just have to rearrangethe clothes. I am surprised at how much you can wash in one load. I can wash my sheets, blankets and towels without any issues. Unfortunately it can't wash a queen/king sized comforter. If you have a small space and have no washer dryer hook ups I definitely recommend getting this. I use liquid laundry soap and liquid fabric softener they work fine. I tried the laundry pods and those worked too. They dryer can be loud but it's not too bad. The only downside I have is the hose that you hook up to the facet does not fit so I have to to hold it while I fill up the washer. It is definitely cheaper to buy one of these instead of going to the laundry matt and it saves you time as well. ❤️

I like this size. Fits perfect in my bathroom. I can fit about 3 pair of my sons jeans in the wash side. I can wash about 3 large towels. Even my throw blanket can be washed, but it barely fits in the spinner.I do have to say this washer seems a lil smaller on the inside capacity compared to my last washer even thought they r the exact same size overall. Just feels like I can't fit as much in this 1. Still luv it. almost spins clothes dry. Again my last washer did better on the spinner. Wish they didn't make the drain hose out of plastic. It's easy 2 crack or split and super hard 2 try 2 patch so it don't leak. That's why I bought this 1.
