It works but isn't great. I like that it is easier to adjust the depth but what I don't like is the horrible wobble. I like to mostly drill these with one of my drill presses but it's uncontrollable in a drill press. It could be much smaller and I also don't use the Phillips head so that useless. I hate Phillips screws and only use Torque screws. That being said I know people use them but practically everyone has an impact and uses that for small fasteners. Yes I get it that some people don't have impacts and this could be handy for them but seriously if you're plugging your screw holes, you probably have an impact. I'm not against it, however it would be much sturdier if it was solid.

I took a bit of time with a piece of scrap wood to get the countersink depth right the first time I used the kit. I had to take some time to understand the adjustment process, but once I figured it out I was able to get the depth that I wanted with the size of the hole for the head of the screw. Overall, I am more pleased with this kit than I was with the universal countersink tool that I had been using.
