The fuel pump om the carburetor burned out in less then 1 hour and the o ring on the fuel bowl was to big and leaking. I have to use my old fuel pump and fuel bowl off of my original carburetor to make the repair so the lawnmower would run. totally dissatisfied with this product and would return it to you but im not going to take the tractor apart again to do that.

new carb for kohler 19. perfect fit. just like oem but much cheaper. extra air filters, plug, gas filter and gaskets are a plus in this kit. can't beat the deal. shipped fast too.

Just bought an older Cub Cadet LT 1045 with the kohler courage 20hp motor. This all worked well. I did opt to purchase a factory spark plug, so I didn't use that part.Just a tip to those who are also trying to get their kohler running......the carb mounting plate on mine had seen better days for sure. It was cracked where the floating bolt mounts to it. This is referred to as a heat shield in the diagrams. If cracked this plate will allow excess air into the fuel mixture and cause an uneven idle and throttle. There are tons of generic ones available, but I opted for a factory kohler heat shield as they are only a few dollars more. If yours is cracked replace it or the new carb won't do it's job. Make sure to use all correct gaskets as well.Also be careful when tightening the ground eyelet. Mine snapped off with the slightest of pressure in the wrong direction. Easy fix, but something to keep and eye on.Overall Great value and the carb works like a charm. Valve cover gasket was also a good fit and stopped the mild oil leak I had.
