The title should not say “send message alerts” when it’s a subscription. Luckily we only use it as a night alarm when we are home, so we don’t use that. Still, misleading and I don’t like when sellers do that.Set up was straight forward. App is a little wonky but works for what we need it for.The sensor is not a 180 degree range like it suggests. It’s more like 80 degrees in the front.The door sensors do not chime when disarmed, there should be a feature for that.

The system.is awesome. The adhesive is strong. It's really loud. I set it up after I got robbed. I had 2 uninvited guests. It scares them away. I also set up an indoor ring with visual and audio. Very handy.

We recently moved across the country with young kids and I was so worried about my daughter (3) getting out of the house and becoming lost! Since we currently rent a home security system was out and I wanted something cost-effective. After stumbling on this set I figured it was worth a shot. So glad I got these! Super easy to install on any door/window. You just need to make sure you have enough of an edge to adhere the sensor to the frame (about 1-2"). Setting up the whole system took maybe 30 minutes from unboxing to mounting. The alarm is super, super loud it will definitely scare you the first time it goes off. But it gives the piece of mind that 1. no one is coming in without me knowing and 2. the kids are in the house for the night! I absolutely recommend these for anyone with kids who love being outside! We even put them on interior doors, my daughter's bedroom, and our closest (things in there kids should not have).

There is a lot to like about this little alarm system, but there are also a few things to dislike. One thing I like about it is that it is extremely easy to install. I was able to add the sensors to my doors and windows with relatively minimal effort. Another thing that I like is that the siren on it is surprisingly loud. The motion sensor is also surprisingly sensitive, which could be both good and bad. Nothing is going to slip past the sensor, but that could include a pet or even a ceiling fan, which could be problematic. My biggest disappointment is when the alarm is activated while at home. I am used to alarm systems disabling the motion sensor when you activate the alarm while at home, but that does not automatically happen with this system. Customer support provided instructions for disabling the motion sensor, but I do not see a way for it to happen automatically when selecting the at-home activation. Still, for the money, this is not a bad little alarm system.
