I really wanted a fountain pen so my husband got me one of these for Christmas last year. I’ve had one before and loved it, but a different brand, but this one won’t write. I’ve cleaned the nib, and it will write while the nib is wet, but as soon as the water dries up the ink won’t come out. I’ve given it an entire year because I really wanted to like this pen. I got on here to see if I could buy a replacement nib because I’m sure the nib is the problem, and I can’t. So the pen is useless. It’s very frustrating.

I've always considered Cross pens the best value for your money. This is because they have a timeless look, and are incredibly effective writing instruments. This fountain pen is no different, and has not dsiappointed.

Great pen, but the top will not stay on the body of the pen -- irritating!!! I see others have had this problem also!

I like the pen a lot, great for everyday writing smooth quality. Only draw back is the cap. It won't hold the seal when writing so it comes off causing the pen to be unbalanced without it or fall off during your writing.
