The hitch was easy installation with 4 bolt assembly. This hitch fits 2020 ford ecosport.highly recommended to anyone.

Took about 30 mi utes to install. Unfortunately it took about another hour to trim the balance to make it a clean install. Directions said I could leave off the valence and for like 95% of people that would be fine, but not for me. Meausurements were nice and sorta close but would have loved some paper templates to use.

When received, the box was deformed and had some tears. The hitch was not secured in any way inside the box. It was free to move around. Had to return hitch because the left side mounting flange was bent and hole would not align. The replacement hitch was also not secured in the box, but was not damaged. Installation took less than an hour, but I had some trouble trimming the under panel to reinstall by the muffler. I am very satisfied with this purchase. I added a bike rack with no problem. I give 4 stars due to the poor packaging.

Like several other reviewers, my hitch arrived bent. My box was not damaged, so it was not a shipping problem, they just sent a bent hitch. The bend was on the passenger side mounting bracket, so I was able to mount the driver's side and use a pry bar to pull it in line and get it installed. If not for the bend, the installation would have taken under 15 minutes. I have a 2021 Ecosport with the 2.0, and despite the instructions it was not necessary to remove the bumper trim or lower the muffler. It is well designed and fits great, if it wasn't bent it would have been perfect.

Used this hitch on a 2020 Ford Ecosport SES. It was easy to install with just a few metric combination wrenches and a screwdriver. I would recommend removing the muffler on the all wheel drive vehicles with the 2.0L engines. Its simple to remove and makes hitch installation so much easier. The hitch fit perfectly and works flawlessly!

Solidly built, and was very easy to install on my 2019 EcoSport SE. Didn’t even have to remove the muffler from the hanger. They send one bolt that needs to be manually put, but the others are already on the vehicle. Great video from etrailer on youtube that shows the installation. Looks factory and is a great buy!

It’s pretty well made but didn’t come with bolts for installation I’ll have to contact the seller and see about getting some shipped to me.
