This was simple and easy to install (took less than 30 minutes). It is completely hidden when installed, and it is easily accessed when needed. Installation instructions and hardware made this very simple.

Watched the video a few times. Installed hitch as directed. Did it alone and should have asked for help. Would be easier with two. Slipped once and broke my little finger but ok. Towed trailer and works great. Installed wire harness which is extra, in five minutes. Well satisfied.

This is a good hitch receiver, but it is an awfully hard install. Not for beginners. There are just too many things under the body of the Buick. They get in the way. This is in no way CURTS fault, GM /Buick blew it on this one.

Great hitch. Everything was included including an odd cable thing to pull a bolt though the frame but it worked perfect. The hitch is very well made, welds are good quality and it is very heavy duty. Installation is a snap on the new Buick Envision. Only warning, the light wiring harness they sell has very loud relays that you install in the fuse box behind the back seat. Every time you hit the brake or turn on the turn signal, it sounds like you have a second flasher in your car. I ended up taking the relays out.
