I couldn't get it attached, then the bolts spripped...it was a mess.

Fit as expected on 2011 CX-9. Had to bend exhaust shields just a bit to get lined up, but easy install IMO....in 100°F day.

The hitch fit right in and was easy to install. The packaging box was a little rough when it arrived but nothing was missing. I haven't installed the wiring with the plug and play kit yet but will update when I do. I would recommend this product.

Got hitch with harness and ball. Hitch fit perfect to all holes and bolts were all correct. Harness was easy plug and play and had video link on instally. Have towed a few times no issues

It comes as offered, with bolts and wires. Very well finished and painted. After installed in my CX-9, the spare tire was not able to be engaged again and I have to carrying it on the trunk
