This worked flawlessly on my 2023 VW ID.4 and a Curt Triflex NEXT brake controller.Note that the plug for the car side of this cable is NOT under the door trim as shown in the instructions, rather it is underneath the kick panel near the dead pedal. This requires removing the kick panel which was the hardest part of the install.The trick is to remove the c clip from the hood release lever by prying it out from the lever on the front side.The plug is wrapped up in the harness.
