This trailer hitch assembly (tow package) is extremely well built and comes with everything needed to install it on my 2004 Toyota Highlander without any drilling or welding required. This hitch assembly is built to utilized 6 pre-existing holes with welded in nuts in the vehicle subframe that are present from the vehicle manufacturer for their optional tow package. To install I had to remove 1 rubber plug from each side that were installed at the factory that kept the threads of 2 of the 6 welded nuts clean and useable as well as having to remove the 2 factory tow/tie down points near the bumper so I could install the hitch using those pre-existing holes with welded in nuts.Other than the time it took me to find the required tools (14mm socket to remove the tow points, 17mm or 11/16 socket for the new bolts, an extension, and a ratchet) the total install time was about 10 minutes including removing the 2 tow points and 2 rubber plugs, and that's with a weak dominant shoulder 6 months after a surgery where they clipped and relocated my bicep tendon.I've installed many hitch assemblies from curt and drawtite both over the year in many different vehicles and so far this was by far the simplest because it didn't requiree to drop the exhaust or fish bolts through the frame with a wire which in this case that was thanks to Toyota thinking ahead and being truly modular in their building of their vehicles
