Surprisingly good quality. Tight joints, even and precision ground edges. Contact points are ideally ground at the edges, right where you would want the bend to occur. Haven’t used them outside yet but the appear to be well coated which hopefully will avoid corrosion.

We are currently upgrading our metal brake so these came at the exact right time. A few things to remember:- These are non clamping meaning you will need to be applying pressure/tension to them whenever you are folding, this not a problem as you are already pressing to do the fold.- They are not wide jaw, this means almost any fold is going to require you to fold a portion (potentially only part of the way) before moving down the fold point to continue folding. The benefit is it makes it easier to apply more pressure to a single location.- As you are applying the pressure manually and the handles are not super long you shouldn't expect to fold anything other than light sheet metal.Still for duct forming or custom flashing using roll stock it works well and much better than needle nose and standard pliers we had used in a pinch.
