The dimples do make for a more evenly baked shell - but if your crust is flexible enough to conform to the flutes, it's flexible enough to become dimpled by the perforations. The result? A tart that looks like it has a skin condition. Extremely unattractive. Avoid.

Cercle solide de 28cm qui toutefois ne résiste pas a la puissance d'amazon qui les plis pour rentrer dans des colis de 20 cm. Donc j'ai déjà reçu QUATRE fois ce cercle "ovale". :D J'espère le 5 ème sera le bon. De Buyer si tu me lis, parle a Amazon car en plus leur suivi client est absolument pathétique.
