Super easy to put together and looks great in our gym space. It is adjustable and comfortable to use. I am able to work out so easily with the help of this thing. It stays put nicely and is made very well. I am very thrilled to have this in our home and recommend it to anyone looking to create their own in-home gym at a good cost.

Hands down a game changer ! This bench was on point! Itโs easy to assemble and use, took less then 20 min. The design is awesome, you can adjust the back rest for incline and decline with ease. It come with leg extensions so you can work on upper and lower body. Itโs sturdy and does not tip or move when in use. Itโs looks and feels great, definitely a great value for your money. Whether you are a novice or pro this bench is perfect for you. Going to order another for my brother since he took over mine lol. Get the results you want thanks to the comfort and support of this bench !

First Impressions:Right out of the box, the bench felt like a high-quality piece of equipment. The materials are solid, and the black-and-red design looks sleek. Everything was packaged well, with no missing or damaged parts.Assembly & Setup:The instructions were clear, and all the hardware was labeled, making setup simple. The process was smooth, though it took some effort to align everything correctly. Once assembled, the bench felt rock solid.Adjustability & Features:Switching between incline, decline, and flat positions is quick and intuitive. The preacher pad and leg extension are easy to adjust with the included pins, making it versatile for different workouts. I was able to start using it immediately without any frustration.Comfort & Stability:The padding is firm yet comfortable, providing great back support. Even on carpet, the bench stays stable, with no wobbling when using heavier weights. It feels secure during workouts.Storage & Space-Saving:This bench truly shines here! It folds down in under two minutes, and the compact size makes it perfect for small spaces. The process is smoothโjust pull a few pins, fold it, and store it neatly.Overall Thoughts & Suggestions:What I like most about this bench is how sturdy yet easy to store it is.A couple of small refinements would make it even better:Adding a locking hole to secure the preacher pad bar when folded would make it easier to store upright.If the leg weight bar could be tucked into the backrest frame, it would keep everything together and provide a more balanced standing position when stored.Final Verdict: 9/10!This bench is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a solid, versatile, and space-saving workout bench. This bench is a great pickup for the home gym. I've been struggling to do something akin to leg extensions, and this is a great solution for me. The bench itself has a good amount of padding and the extendable headrest is perfect. I don't need to actually slide it , as the rest itself is good, but anyone a couple of inches taller than me (6') would benefit. The Preacher curl pad is a nice addition, though it only has 2 holes for positioning I would have liked to see a couple more, and may drill them myself. The pad is a bit narrow, but good enough, and can be set at 3 different angles. Both the pad and leg extension can be removed, withe the leg extension needing to be removed to fold, due to the plate peg. The back has a number of settings, and is easy to drag into place on the way up, much more convenient than my former bench. I would have liked to see one more notch on the way up, as this only gets to about 80 degrees or so. Something at or almost at 90 would be great. Decline works well, with one actual position, and then the back can be folded completely down against the rail for an extreme decline if desired. Note the seat does not change position. I've used this for situps, leg extension, Preacher curls, incline/flat bench, and back extensions. This last one is a bit awkward, as the bottom foam rollers are a bit close to the bench, but it's achievable by using the Preacher pad as a pivot point. As I stated, I may drill another hole or two on the pad shift to aid in back extensions, and a hole towards the top to use the pad as a knee hold down for lat pulldowns. Small things, but honestly a great buy. Would recommend for sure!

I love my new weight bench!!! I hauled this package inside my house all by myself and assembled it myself. I have never been so excited that I can be a task rabbit and enjoyed my new investment.

The weight bench is impressive with its good build quality and lightweight design. The ability to fold it is a significant plus, making storage easy and convenient. Assembly was quick, taking just a few minutes. The preacher pad is a nice bonus, especially given the bench's compact size. Overall, it's a great addition to any home gym. ๐ช๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
