Perfect replacement for our Dell.Only issue getting the correct battery! I thought I did my due diligence to order the correct battery, but after the battery arrived I removed the back of the laptop only to discover that I had ordered the wrong battery. Recommendation: remove the back of the laptop to get your eyes on it before ordering. So easy to remove the back and replace it. Look at a YouTube video for guidance. While you're there, look to see if you can upgrade the RAM and HD. Once I saw an empty memory slot, I immediately ordered new memory. I also ordered a new 2 TB SSD hard drive to replace the existing 512 mb. And we went from 8gb of ram to 32gb of DDR4 ram. All was easily performed and well worth the additional cost. Something for you to consider.Once the correct battery arrived, it literally took less than 10 minutes to perform the replacement. Another few mins to perform the other upgrades and voila there it is.

This is the second battery of the same type that I ordered a less than years ago, which lasted about a year, which was NOT an OEM product. So I ordered another, but bought the OEM instead. Works much better. Would advise, if f you can afford it to buy the more expensive OEM product. It has only been about six to eight months and still working as advertised.

Installed on my 6 year old laptop that couldn't hold a charge anymore. Working great and seems to be OEM. Either way the one I got is high quality and doing the job. Dell Inspiron 7573.
