This purchase was a disappointment in a few different areas. First, the metal plate on which the breadboard was mounted was extremely flimsy, measuring only ~1mm thick. When you push on the breadboard, there is significant sag across the whole board. The four rubber feet did not come with adhesive on the feet for easy mounting. I tried various 3m double adhesive tape alternatives, and nothing would stick to this rubber. Had to use other rubber feet I had in my workshop. I also had to use 8 feet to help stabilize the board so it wouldn't sag. Finally, once I had all that worked out, I lightly tightened the terminal posts and one simply broke off. I would not recommend this product and would suggest looking for something more sturdy. Very disatisfied.

The only reason I'm not returning it it's because I need to use it. As other stated:- Stand off rubber feet are too short and come without any adhesive. Power posts are making contact with the table and the whole contraption is wobbly.- The metal support that all of this sits on is to thin and bent. With no support in the middle the whole thing bends badly as you try to put in any kind of component in. It needs additional rubber foot there. When the thing flexes you can hear some of the breadboards coming unglued from the support.- Power post are made of plastic and tightening it makes it dangerous as you may easily snap it off- Breadboard itself is actually made of 4 smaller breadboards and 2 power rails up top.I would not buy this ever again. You will have to do some work to these so you can use them as intended. Not a good value.

First I was shipped a pre-opened and customer returned product. Per other reviews, The power terminals are totally isolated as in not connected to anything, with mounting that exceed the height of rubber feet supporting the whole board; making the board unstable and potentially scratching the table surface. I bought terminal connectors and larger rubber feet to make the product usable. If time permitted I would have returned the product. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

The white plug insulating in area is made of semi white polyethylene, a kind of plastic which is soft and difficult to work with when it comes to installing multiple pin components or rectangular headers. The holes are reduced in size so plugging header with more than handful of pins is difficult near impossible.I have used similar boards in the past made of white plastic and they work fine until today. Not sure what this piece of junk is but is no good for the job it supposed to be made for. Don't recommend.

This thing was surprisingly heavy. It is mounted to a thick metal base plate, which mine happens to be a tad crooked, but that doesn't effect functionality. The terminal posts are not the best quality but they also function properly. The holes are almost too tight, but that really isn't a complaint. Just use caution to ensure you don't bend the legs of your components. In all, I am happy with it. I mounted mine to a 45° box stand made of wood and this sucker stays put on a silicon solder pad with no movement. I am sure the weight of the base plate helps with that. I will most likely buy another. You can't have too may bread boards.

I would have rated a "1" - but giving a little credit that the breadboards themselves match in color and seem to be a decent quality: Multiple problems:1 - The rubber feet were too short to keep the binding posts from contacting the surface. If you use them, better not set it down on a conductive surface2 - The rubber feet were provided with no adhesive, so no way to apply them to the mounting plate. I tried several adhesives and finally gave up (nothing would stick to them)- so I used some old, larger ones on hand.3 - The binding posts are cheap plastic and really cheesy - and are undersized for the hole in the mounting plate. Far too easy to strip the threads if you aren't careful4 - the metal plate was a little warped, so the breadboards were a little wonky at first. I was able to straighten it out without a huge amount of effort.

Well gang, where do I begin? The four binding post connectors didn't fit the 'D' cutouts on the metal base. They spin, and since the threads are plastic, you can't tighten them more than a good finger tightness. The rubber feet, come on guys, are shorter than the binding posts. Besides scratching the work bench, there is a possibility of shorting them out. Then to add to insult, the multi-tie strips curl up from the base because the double sided sticky tape can't hold them.I'm teetering on sending this thing back. My first and only return to Amazon.
