Have been using "fatwood" sticks to help start up the wood stove for years. I use one stick, along with a couple pieces of split kindling, to get the fire going quickly and reliably.

Perfect lighter pine - great uniform sizes, makes lighting your fires easy as could be - don't need to be a boy scout to light these fires.

the previous fat wood I purchased from Walmart was at max 1/2" splits. these are way too big meaning you get half as many starts..

Product was exactly as advertised. The sticks are a great size and quality. Sturdy and thick for a longer burning time. Not thin like some of the others.
