It can be difficult to apply over a large area. If you have grip or hand strain issues and have a large area to cover, probably avoid this product. It also occassionally needs disassembling and cleaning as it does clog up pretty frequently (I was using food grade diatomaceous earth). It is compact at about 6 inches (15cm) or so long and 2 inches (5cm) wide. The reservoir is about the size of a stubby pill bottle, but it takes quite a while of use to empty it.

Not great and it is _really_ tiny. I used it to dust some yellow jackets that decided to make their nest right next to our front door. It’s so tiny I was basically touching the entrance to their hive. The valve didn’t last more than 10 pumps. I just covered the hole w my finger and it worked fine but would have preferred it to last at least 10 minutes.

We found a roach in our small bathroom and it got away under the cabinet. This was a major disaster! My wife was sure our house must be full of roaches.We have pets so poison and stuff like that is not an optionDiatomaceous earth kills roaches just great so I bought a bag plus this simple low tech tool to spray it under things and in crevices where roaches hide. It does a good job.

If you're familiar with the free "duster" that comes with the big bag of DE, this is the replacement you're looking for!! I scoured amazon to find a better quality one that didn't cost more than what's really necessary, i came across this. It just puts out a literal dusting, which is ALL that's needed bc if bugs see a big snowy mountain of razor sharp particles, like us, they will walk around. (Lol @ the complaints in the reviews btw.) It's supposed to leave a fine dust and that's exactly what it does. If you struggled with the big a clunky yellow and white one, you won't care that the bulb is heavier than the jar, it works really well. Also, you only need a small amount to cover a very large area, i did all my rugs and baseboards in my two story house, upstairs and staircase all carpeted, on the 1st fill and still probably won't have to refill for months even with regular use. I LOVE this duster, i will forever recommend this to anyone i recommend DE to.

Works as advertised, used to blow insecticide into a hidden wasps nest by my front entrance to my house. Worked perfect and the wasps got dusted!

This is an excellent applicator for diatomaceous earth. It's easy to fill, it takes away a lot of the mess and does the job really well of spreading a light coating of diatomaceous earth. I would recommend this applicator.

This little, what I call puffer, is actually excellent. It's so easy to puff the dust where you need it and it honestly holds much more and lasts longer than you would think. I could use for half my entire yard. Great tool and so handy and easy to use.
