My dining room chandelier was far too bright for many of the gatherings we use our dining room for, so I picked this up so I could adjust the brightness to fit the occasion. The switch is well made and was easy to install (the wires are all labeled, a nice touch). Once I fit the chandelier with dimmable LED bulbs I could adjust the light however I desired. The switch comes with a remote in what looks like a second switch plate that I mounted on the far wall from the dimmer (near where I sit) so I can adjust the light as need be, without getting up. The switch does not seem to be as responsive as other, more expensive dimmers I have owned, but the difference is minor enough to be almost unnoticeable and does not affect its functionality.The switch is supposed to be compatible with Google’s Alexa, but since I do not use Alexa I did not test this out. I will amend this review when I do test this ability out.This dimmer switch is very nice for what I believe to be a fair price and would recommend it if you are looking to instal a dimmer in your home.

These look nice and work fine. I like the remote and wall mount remote holder.They are not continuous dimmers, they have seven levels of dimming, which work well for me.

The dimmer was unboxed, inspected, the old Leviton dimmer switch removed and this new unit installed precisely per wiring directions provided on back of switch since the written instructions were ambiguous. When power was applied, the LED dimmer status lights functioned as expected when light level was RAISED/LOWERED using the switch. Unfortunately, the power to the light circuit was not functional. Ergo, the unit was defective right out of the box. It will be returned for a full refund and Leviton products researched because hopefully they will work new out of the box.

The headboard of my bed covers the main light switch for the room. I needed a flush switch that would fit behind the headboard. This switch is one of less expensive switches I saw. It works great!The first switch I got had some issue, but a new one was sent quickly and it works perfectly. Instructions were very good, in color. It was a simple installation. I connected the switch to Alexa with no problems. I control it with Alexa all the time. If you don't want to use Alexa, you can use the included remote control or the switch itself. Since my switch is hidden, Alexa works best for us. When the light is off, there is no light coming from the switch. I like a dark room, so that was a plus. The dimming function works well too. I just tell Alexa to set the lights to 10%. So simple. Just a good switch. Just what I needed.
