For the price- this is awesome. Solid metal, the ladder poles are great and feel nice in the hand, it’s a great size and overall one of the most functional pieces of equipment you could ask for.I love how easy it is to integrate into different styles of training and how you can mount dip, jammer arms, pull up bars, barbells, etc to this to make it really versatile without taking hardly any space. And it’s a really nice design and aesthetic too. Looks great in any style of gym or even in your home. The natural wood tones makes it stand out and adds nature tones to your space. The screws aren’t great as others have mentioned but it’s not a big deal. Just go buy some lag screws they’re cheap and then you’ll have a rock solid piece of kit that will last forever.

The Lifeswell Wood Stall Bar is a great addition to my home gym, which I recently erected. The steel frame feels really secure once mounted, and the genuine beech wood rungs are robust and smooth. It's excellent for bodyweight workouts, stretching, and even attaching resistance bands because it has 11 rods that range in height from 7.2" to 89". It was simple to install and fits flawlessly.

The lifeswell swedish ladder is quite a nice addition to our up-and-coming home gym. The materials are definitely designed well and heavy enough that it will put up with all the workouts we can think of.Assembly is left up to the imagination. They give you a decent diagram showing all the various fasteners to use, but there are some 'gaps' you will have to fill in yourself. Things I learned:- the lower square steel tubes ARE specific to each side, not interchangeable- the screws that go through the front of the square tubes to secure the wood bars easily snap off. In the first 3 holes I had 2 of the screws snap off. Thankfully I have a local hardware store with a seemingly infinite assortment of fasteners, so I found some heavier 'screen' screws then pre-drilled the holes in the wood bars and they worked beautifully.- be mindful that it is over 7 feet tall. The upper bar will be a challenge for us shorties to reachTook a long while to get it all together, but I can't wait to hang it on the wall tomorrow in our workout area.

The material is very strong and made of high-quality wood. It feels warm and durable, giving it a very stable feel. Each horizontal bar has a 1-inch hole. The design is very convenient and suitable for different training needs, such as hanging exercises, pull-ups, etc., which can effectively exercise core strength, upper limb strength and coordination. The Swedish ladder has a total of 11 strategic bars. The length and spacing are designed very reasonably to meet the needs of various movement training and help improve flexibility and walking strength. The wall-mounted design saves a lot of space while ensuring stability and durability. Even after long-term use, it can still withstand greater pressure. It is very suitable for use in a variety of places such as home gyms, schools and clinics.

EDIT: 2/5/2025Customer service contacted me and sent an upgraded set of stainless steel screws to replace the ones that broke, these new ones were just the ticket and I got all of the wooden rungs screwed in properly, assembled the whole swedish ladder, and it is wonderful. I do not have a whole lot of squat rack compatible gear yet, but I am working on it. Overall, the quality of the ladder is fantastic, I haven't used it too much but it is a great stretching aid and works great for pushup variations, handstand assistance and much more. The wooden rungs and square profile steel beams are definitely up to the task, this fully assembled product should be able to handle whatever comes its way in the gym. Securing it to the wall is the biggest hurdle in terms of getting the best out of this Swedish ladder, it will be well worth the time to install it properly, this is only a step or two below the functionality of a full squat rack at a fraction of the cost. However, there is a big problem. While installing the screws that secure the wooden rungs of the ladder to the beams, three screws snapped off at the head, rendering them useless and stuck in the wood. I will now have to take a metal drilling bit, drill out the now useless headless shaft of the defunct screws, and sink salvaged leftover matching screws in their place.I recognize high quality when I see it, and for the most part, this is a high quality item with matching hardware, but those screws that secure the wooden rungs are pretty essential to the consumer and there are 26 of them. I will update when I complete the build and test it, but if I can just secure the rungs I doubt it will be any less than high quality performance out of it.

It says it’s good for up to 500 lbs. But that’s definitely dependent on your ability to secure it to the wall. I wouldn’t just try and blindly hit a stud in the wall and would either have a professional install it or attach planks to the wall secure them into the studs and the use fasteners with anchors on them to secure it firmly and safely. As for it the quality is decent and isn’t horrible. Everything feels good so far. The eye hooks for bands could be a little more substantial but they work. Overall it will definitely help you get where you want to be.
