Seems like it could work with just the right parts. Does not work for me. Goes together easily enough. The screw holes to secure the PSU back plate to the base do not line up with the holes in the base plate, so I won’t be able to attach it. Unfortunately, this makes the PSU noticeably loose when I move the entire thing around. The photos are deceiving as it shows an AIO radiator mounted in one of them; you definitely cannot use an AIO with this. Not that you necessarily would, but there is just no space for routing the tubing between a GPU and PSU if you did.

I'm using this as a test bench so I don't have to continuously take items in and out of my case. Very sturdy and comes with all neccessary hardware so you dont have to scrounge up screws, standoffs or anything else to mount your gear.

I've been looking for something I can use for a test bench that can move if need be. And this works perfectly with the handle and space to work with in the back for all the cable management

Took about 20 minutes to put together without much headache. It fits micro to full ATX motherboards. It fits full-size power supplies. Accommodates multiplied graphics cards up to 256mm. It goes vertical or horizontal for both utility and aesthetics. The handle is a nice touch for easy travel. The underside has a bracket for SSDs and some cable management. For the price, this is better than the regular flat-mount test benches. I highly recommend it.
