When I opened the package I wasn’t sure how sturdy these would be since they are made of foam. The package was vacuum sealed. After I removed the packaging and allowed the stairs to sit and expand I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy they are. The foam is very firm and supports my basset hound who is currently 43 pounds. The cover is also reinforced for extra stability. I wasn’t sure if they would support him since it said it was for small dogs but it also said it supports up to 60 lbs so. So far that is true. My 4 and 1 y/o human children like climbing on them as well.

The stairs are of decent quality, but unfortunately the stairs themselves are a bit small for even my small dog to jump from the bed down the stairs or even up them. I’m afraid my dog might fall if she’s moving too fast. For this reason, I can’t really recommend this product.

It has a hard shell under the material that makes it great for traction. My grand daughters tea cup Yorkie absolutely loves this .we had used a cover lid to coffee table befor we found these rounder stairs.he probably went up them twenty times today and goes down them so fast. You will love these for your dog

I got this for my Chihuahua who is getting up there in age. I wanted her to have an easy way to get on and off the couch. This product works great. It’s not quite stair steps and it’s also not a flat ramp. It’s got rounded humps that work their way up to the top.As you can see from the photos, it comes as a large piece of foam. This photo was taken four days after it has been left to expand on its own. It doesn’t quite fit the soft case that you zip it into. There is a stiff piece on top that helps stable the walking surface on top and then a rubberized bottom that keeps it from slipping on bare floors.There is a strap on the back that you can use to carry it around from room to room. My dog ends up running up and down the ramp. It works great. I just wish the material fit the foam piece better. I’ve tried to adjust it but as you can see in the photos, this is the best I could get it. I took off one star because of this. I like that my dog has an easy way to get up onto the couch now.

This is a cheaply made set of pet steps. The cover is hard to get on. It doesn’t fit on the foam part well. I don’t think it would wash well. The foam itself doesn’t seem to be very firm and will not hold up well. The bottom is covered in a slip resistant material. This is a good size for small pets and matches up well to the height of my couch.

Love these little steps! The cover is removable and washable which makes me feel better about cleaning them. The top surface is almost like a thick leather so it won’t tear easily. They are longer than they are high, so good for little dogs.

my senior dogs LOVE foam steps. The older they get, the better these are for their joints getting on and off the couch. These ones are nice, my only critique is that the cover material be a little more "grippy". Its pretty smooth which makes it a little more difficult for my dogs, but they are 8 and 16 year old chihuahua mixes so heavier/not as ancient dogs will probably fair better with them. We just added a couple of grip strips across the steps and now they do just fine with them. Highly recommend these for aging babies!!

Came in a vacuum sealed bag. Fairly easy to open and put in the cloth bag. Had to wait a few days for the foam to fully expand. They are more like a ramp than actual steps but my dog didn’t seem to care. He used them quite easily,
