Not 48" does not have red wheels. Its 40" and has black wheels.

In the assembly, the metal tubes 10, the larger tube belongs in the middle by the support. The smaller one belongs on the outside by the edge. Directions are not specified

Even with added weight, the spikes barely penetrated my lawn. Completely ineffective on compacted soil.
