I acquired this door guard trim primarily for protection from the edged corners of my truck near the tailgate and frunk. Installation is straightforward and simple. I was initially worried about its appearance and durability, but so far, it has performed admirably and looks good. The guard features metal clips embedded in plastic, requiring side cutters to make angled cuts. These angled cuts expose the metal pieces, which then need to be removed. If the edge guard continues to hold up well, I plan to order more to test on the doors. As of now, I'm very satisfied with the product!

I got this to help getting a car seat in and out of the truck in parking lots. It's advertised as having the length for all 4 doors, from top to bottom. I quickly found out the length provided will get you 3 doors if you're lucky, even if you skip one of three sides on the doors. So don't expect to get all doors, ideally your passenger doors are probably the ideal candidates. Besides that the quality of the product is pretty good. There are metal "staples" every quarter inch that provide the protection needed, while encased in a flexible rubber that prevents dings. So far it's been great, knowing if the door swings open it's not going to do any major damage, and I can gently rest a door on the adjacent car without fear of metal on metal. If they provided the correct length for this truck it'd be a 5 star.

These door guards are great. Before I had hem, I was parked next to my other car, but opening the Cybertruck's doors had smashed my carbon fiber mirror caps on my other car as well as gouged my mirror trim piece, causing hundreds of dollars of damage. The Cybertruck door panel is sharp and strong, so it easily damaged my other car that was parked too close. But now with these door protectors installed, the risk of damage is significantly reduced. They add a slightly rounded edge and a bit of softness to the otherwise sharp, hard angles of the Cybertruck. Perfect for protection, as well as adding a layer of weatherstripping, blocking wind and dust from intruding. The look is relatively inconspicuous too. Overall, good product.

Saw these on Vine and thought it is a good idea to put some kind of protective trim around the door edges on my Tesla Cybertruck, not to protect the Cybertruck but to protect other cars. The doors, like the rest of the exoskeleton of the CT, are stainless steel with no paint and not sharp but squared off edges. This 16 feet of a rubbery strip of plastic with steel staple like ribs. It's enough to do all four doors of the Cybertruck, and the direction sheet shows it being applied to both side edges as well as the bottom of each door. Problem is with the 2 front doors there is no easy way I could figure out to get the edge guard onto the front facing side of the door because it is too tight a gap between the door and the body panel. So for both front doors I started at the bottom front corner and applied the edge guard only on the bottom and the rear facing edge. I did all 3 edges for the rear doors.I first tried just pushing it on with the palm of my hand but that left a wavy bunched up appearance, so I used the suggestion on the instruction sheet to tap it on with a rubber mallet. What worked best was using one hand to push it on a bit while holding the unapplied edge guard taught and then tapping with the rubber mallet. That gave a more event straight line appearance. When it is all applied it has to be cut to meet the window rubber seal. I tried using metal cutting scissors but that deformed the end so I switched to using a knife. That worked but I had to find the gap between the steel ribs to actually cut it. Make sure you don't cut it short. Better to cut one rib extra and then trim if too long.Only problem I had was I must have grabbed a section too tight with my hand and that squeezed the center slit closed so I had to use a flat screwdriver to pry it open. I was then able to continue to get it on the door edge.I think it looks nice. My wife said clear would be better, but there are a lot of black accents on the CT so that fits fine. Planning on getting it wrapped soon, possibly in a bronze so maybe that might or might still look fine. Because I only did 2 edges on the front doors I have a few feet left over to save if I have to replace a piece. It seems strong especially with the metal ribbing and the plastic coating should help minimize any damage. Will still have to be careful swinging open these heavy doors.UPDATE: It's been 2 months and I've noticed a problem. The steel clips inside the plastic coating are exposed when you cut the correct length of edge guard for each door. I'm now seeing the ends rusting and rust binding to the Cybertruck's stainless steel. I need to remove the edge guard and figure out how to clean the rust off of the stainless steel. May then try putting these back after coating the ends with some black silicone caulking. if that works then I will re-evaluate my rating depending on how it looks. It's only a small area at the ends of the guard but I want NO rust on my CT.

I picked up the HEENVN Door Edge Guard to protect the painted edges of the body around the bumper of my classic car -areas that are especially vulnerable to small chips and wear over time. While it's labeled for door edges, it's a universal trim piece that can be used on various parts of a vehicle, wherever you want to prevent scuffs or paint damage that is an edge. The material feels flexible but tough enough to handle edge contact without ripping as it is metal reinforced. It clips onto the edge firmly without needing adhesive, which was exactly what I was looking for to avoid damaging the paint underneath. Installation was easy; it’s just a matter of pressing it on evenly along the edge and tapping it with you palm or lightly with a rubber mallet. The only tool I needed was a pair of cutters to trim it to the right length. Once in place, it looks clean and blends in nicely. So far, it’s stayed put and done what it’s supposed to do. It gives me peace of mind knowing the edges of my car are protected. If you're trying to save an edge of your car’s body -whether it's a door or where the body meets a chrome bumper on a daily driver or something more vintage -this is a simple solution I’d recommend

This is simple above ground border top trim for landscaping. Don’t use this on your cyber truck it is very deceptive on what the product is. Good news I gotta replace the toppers on my guard trim border for a cheaper than in-store purchase though
