It did fit my 2017 Toyota Corolla LE and looked the same. But I could not get it to stop leaking, so I put the old one back on. I did keep the item in case of emergency and would also use the Permetex Blue gasket sealant on any replacement henceforth.

Identical to OEM. Replaced for preventative reasons. Did the thermostat too.
