I clearly didn't pay sufficient attention to the ad display, which in no way reflects the plain brown cardboard packaging of off brand toner cartridges in a box, instead of the high capacity Brothers' toner I had intended to order.

The replacement fit easily and chips were detected, unfortunately the colors/smoothness aren't a good as the original but they will work fine for my non-professional home use. I'll print a few more things, maybe shake things up and update if needed.
