Not worth the money, snap does stay snapped, foam has chemical smell. Not as tall as it looks in picture very disappointed.

Had small hairs and debris on a supposedly new pillow. Thought it was possibly fibers at first, but it's hair. Not something I want to put my head on at night, and don't want to clean or disinfect a new pillow. They were on the inside and outside of the cover. Very disappointing. Even if they are not hairs, it is unsafe for the eyes and lungs to put your head on this pillow.

This is a great pillow if you are a back sleeper. It keeps your head from turning too much to the side while offering support. I originally bought it for my shoulder pain when sleeping on my side. It does help relieve pressure from laying on my side; however, I wish the arm channel had more support underneath. It feels like my arm is going to fall off a ledge. The pillow takes some getting used to depending what you were using before. Comfort wise it is very comfortable, soft, and doesn't smell as some of the other reviews stated. I would purchase again.

These pillows are horrible! I will be doing a return this week. Nothing more than 3 inches of cheap foam. You definitely need to stop representing and selling these. In addition it took 3 weeks to get them!

This pillow is a game changer. If you’re a side sleeper, this pillow is a must. First night of using it, and my shoulders do not hurt. Absolutely love this pillow.
