I can't believe I didn't know about this until now. I LOVE IT! I use it about 10 times a day. And I'm a tax preparer, not something I would use in my trade. I don't know how I got along without one for so long. I love my dremel but it's too heavy for my petit hands sometimes and this light weight gives me my control back

Dremel makes equipment that works well within its designed parameters. Keep this in mind because if you wander outside those parameters, your Dremel tools will have a short life or fail suddenly. This is my third Dremel flex shaft. The first one wasn't made as well as the most recent two but last me a few years of sporadic use. The next tool was a better design with a better locking feature and other improvements, but that locking feature failed when I tried too hard to loosen a seized chuck (that got that way because I forgot to loosen the pressure and clean it when I finished using it on wood, which often has corrosive agents in it). This new one is working well - I am trying to remember the lessons I have learned in the past.
