The part that attaches to the socket is plastic and literally stripped out the first time trying to remove the cap. It's a waste of your money. Do not buy and yes it was on a brand new bike so was not seized

The body is plastic, and a bit snug to get on a 3/8” drive wrench. But it works and does the job. No need for a fine CNC machined and anodized tool for an operation that you do every other year…

Plastic inside and metal outside for untorque the bolt load.Driver is turning inside the plastic with load! Why plastic instead of metal?

Works as it should. Remember they’re reverse threads, I would assume that’s why people are breaking this tool. I had no problems.

Fits my 3/8” drive just fine, but the little tips are very brittle and bend/break very easily. Returned after 2 uses.

Sketchy reviews had me concerned but I had no issues at all. Fits on 3/8” ratchet and was able to remove the covers on 2 sets of dub cranks with no problems. I wonder how many who broke the tool didn’t realize the dub covers are reverse thread and were tightening the cap rather than loosening.

Immediately broke 3/4 teeth to find they are wafer thin metal bodies embedded into the plastic.

Horrible, didn’t even get to use, broke during use. Tool is plastic crap. Not worth the funds. Do not purchase
