The product works exactly as advertised. However, it's suboptimal because it relies on the GPIO pinout to power the fan, rather than the Orange PI 5 Plus's fan header. This obstructs you from using any other expansion board on the GPIO.Additionally, they could have included a heat sink for the EMMC board. Most plus models come with an EMMC, and it would benefit from having a heat sink as well.That aside, it gets the job done well enough.

The kit is nice at a moderate price. It's nice that the fan is already installed and you just have to peel off the conductive pad's backing and then put it on.

Using this on my motherboard for my 2nd pc to help cool my graphics card. I made a custom mount so the heatsink fits directly on the hot-spot. Easy to install and effective. Only wish the fan was more powerful because it's quite weak. It ramps up but not more than my graphics card fan so I'm not sure it's even helping my PC. All nicely made and presented tho.
