This is a great waffle maker. Simple to use and simple to keep clean. When you use a waffle maker like this one there are instructions on what temperature to cook the waffles at.

One of the irons went out about six months after purchased. Hard to clean. They build up spray and leave black all over waffles.

Primero que nada la caja en la que venia tenia un par de agujeros se veía un poco vieja la caja, al sacar la máquina pues ya no traía los plásticos de protección que usualmente traen cuando compras una máquina nueva, lo digo porque no es la primera vez que compro una, bueno contacte al vendedor explicándole todo que la caja venia un poco maltratada y que la máquina parecía que ya había sido comprada y regresada, etc. Me respondieron que no era usada y que lo sentían por la forma en que se envió y que me daban $15 de crédito pero mi problema de que se veía usada no respondieron nada y volví a mandarles mensaje de que se veía usada y explicándoles como se veía, etc. Bueno su respuesta era que no era usada y me daban $40 bueno ya en los siguientes mensajes me dijeron que ellos mandan quitarles los platicos protectores que por que a los compradores se les hace muy difícil quitárselo y que si ya la había usado para checar si servia o que si quería regresarla contactara a Amazon. Dije ok vamos a creerles y chequemos si funciona y cual fue mi sorpresa que no servía solo cocinaba una sola parte, quedaba un lado crudo, los contacte otra vez es explique y me respondieron que checara si se había conectado bien, etcOk volví a intentarlo checando que la conectara bien, etc ,pero el resultado fue el mismo así que volví a contactarlos y enviando fotos y pues me reembolsaron mi dinero. Si hubiera funcionado bien creo que hubiera sido una buena compra a pesar de mi duda de que fuera ya regresada por alguien más. No se a lo mejor y más a delante vuelvo a comprar una.
