I got so tired of dealing with traditional sterno warmers, and the flames always freaked me out. I bought these for our SuperBowl party and they were awesome. It was a great investment and now I look forward to using them at another party.

This product is easy to use and is very practical vs chaffing dishes with burners - but - i wish it would get hotter.

Does it work? Yes. The problem is the temperature panel is VERY CHEAP. When you adjust the temperature up or down, the entire touchscreen pushes inward. The panel is so flimsy, I was afraid I was going to break it any time I pushed the up or down buttons to adjust the temperature. The rest of the product is solid and built well, but if the heating element is not good quality, the entire product becomes useless. I just do not think it is worth the price. Also, it is not UL rated.
